Architecture influences the city, and the city is reflected in its architecture. Macau stands as a surprising and enigmatic place where diverse cultures coexist and flourish—a realm of encounters and contradictions, dialogue and obliviousness, where Contrast is ever-present.
In this architecture photography competition, we challenge participants to embark on a journey to rediscover Macau, its buildings and spaces, seeking evidence of Contrast in architecture.
